Looking at selling my howling moon 1.4 tourer roof tent complete with lower annex, attached to a cut down G4 style LR expedition roof rack.
The rack: it is the LR expo rack complete with the front feet and plastic surrounds which seem to be so often missing. The top rail has been cut to suit the tent but does come with the rack and can be re attached. I had planned to do this during winter times when the tent was planned to come off. Condition is used, it has some scrapes etc but it is a roof rack attached to the roof of an off road vehicle.
The roof tent: howling moon 1.4 tourer, complete with proper canvas lower annex, what I think is a groundsheet, ladder extension, mattress, all window poles etc. It's in good condition with the usual wear and tear you would expect. The top waterproof travel cover is a bit scuffed but still good. The base has had a few holes drilled in it as its been mounted to a few different setups but they have been filled and don't affect anything.
Only selling due to splitting with ex missus, it was a dream we had shared together and just isn't my dream anymore sadly. Ive only camped in it once and was spot on, sad that I haven't used it more! I would prefer the rack and tent to go as a combo, they are really suited and the whole lot is surprisingly quiet at motorway speeds. I may split if enough interest. I would like £1000 for the combo, collection from Doncaster. I can help with fitting to your vehicle if that is your means of collection.
