[For Sale] Robbie's Stihl Chainsaw
As I tend to attack everything with my 18" Husky my little Stihl just doesn't get used enough to justify its space in the shed.
It's an MS180 C-BE with very low hours with an easy-start recoil and tool-less chain tensioner. The MS180 is a terrific little saw and despite its diminutive size and weight it is a step-change in capability from the homeowner saws in the DIY stores.
The unit is in excellent condition, with a spotless carb, piston and bore. The power unit is all original and the only modification I have done to the saw is to the bar oil breather to enhance flow in all conditions. It is currently fitted with a Stihl 14" bar and chain, which is the sweet-spot for this saw. As you would expect, it has been completely overhauled by me so it really is in mint condition and ready to chop firewood or limb trees:
