Solid Wheel Nuts Suppliers
Anyone bought some solid wheel nuts recently for a D3 that they can recommend to stop the dreaded swollen nuts problem? Looked through previous threads but the ebay suppliers have all been and gone.
Company on the net - think they’re called Wigton Engineering, however don’t think there’s anything type approved so that’s your insurance company get out in the event of an issuePaul.

This is the company mentioned by Jester, they are certainly not cheap (I have previously looked at them following a post on here), but seem far better quality.

I got some cheapo solid ones from e-bay as a trial - the chrome (?) plating started corroding after 4-6 month's.
Better than the swollen originals but not as good as the wrington versions - that's my next major purchase.

I've had the Wrington ones on for a year or two.
The wheels have been on and off loads of times usually with an impact gun.
They are holding up fine no problems with them at all.
