Speakers not working

My speakers on my 2005 discovery 3 se have stopped working while I was driving. The radio, CD, sat nav and everything else still works but just no sound.
I have checked the fuses in the glove box and they all look ok.
Any help with this problem would be much appreciated.

I'm guessing it will be the amplifier under the drivers seat, might want to start by checking all the plugs are inserted correctly, hopefully it's that simple!

I have checked the amplifier and there is a orange light coming form the side of it. Also there is a red light coming from the wire. I am guessing the amplifier is working (correct me if I am wrong) so do you know what else could be the problem?
