I don't think its fan related, but will check.
if it is I'll pour some poison through the air vents tinted, split charge, D4 rear lights, clear repeaters, RLD spare wheel protector, rear cage, Mantec LL.

I have the same squeak. Have posted about it before, but no answers. Mine sounds like a dry speedo cable, if it had a speedo cable. Only happens after driving for more than 1/2 hour, and at speed over 40.
I keep threatening to take the lower dash panels off to look for it, but always forget when I get home Richard
