Stained Alpaca seat

Any advice on how to take the smell of cat pee (part exchange maybe!) off my alpaca passenger seat. Big Cry
The seats have been treated regularily with supaguard leather cleaner, but the urine has also taken the colour off a small section on the leather seat squab, any suggestions?

Take cat, kill it, tan it and use the skin for a replacement patch ... Idea

Some of the Jag leather cleaners seem to work better than anything I have tried

Try this http://www.urineoff.co.uk/urineoff.html

or the following might help ...but I would try on a small "out of sight" area first. Bear in mind this won't restore the leather colour but should help to reduce the damage from uric acid.

Urine Stain and Odor Removal from Leather Upholstery

To remove urine stains and odor from leather, use a mild dish detergent and water. Using a clean, absorbent cloth, blot up any excess urine. Mix 1/2 teaspoon liquid dish detergent in a quart of warm water. Beat with a mixer. Clean the seat using only the suds. Do not overwet the leather. Using a new sponge, soak the sponge and wring it out as much as you can. Then using only the suds, wash the entire area. Wipe, do not scrub. Using another new sponge and clean water, wipe the entire surface of the leather while it is still damp to remove as much of the detergent as possible.

There is a product called urine off (I'm not joking) it digests old pee stains and thereby deodourises. We've used it on carpets to great effect and I understand a lot of care homes use it too.
