Hi,
After I switched to winter tires, the steering began to get sturgeon. Having talked to the workshop, it is concluded that it is proabably the lower collapsible steering shaft (the joint) that causes the fail.
I`ve googled this in relation to the disco 4, but cant find information about similar problem on these cars. However, there is alot of threads related to the disco 3 with the same issue. Have any of you guys knowledge and information about how to troubleshoot/replace this joint? And is it possible to replace the joint it self or do I have to replace the joint with the lower shaft?
The attached link describes replacement of this shaft for disco3.

Thumbs Up
