Sticking tsov

How do I check if the turbo shut off valve (tsov valve )is ok I can move by hand slightly but it quite hard to move
I have disconnected the vac pipe and attached another to it and sucked on it and it hardly moves really is it suppose to be hard or move very easily i
Just trying to track down a restricted performance Disco 3 gone but not forGotten

they are quite tight to move. Best way to check is with a vacuum tester Thumbs Up My D3 Build Thread

It did move if I suck the life out of the pipe just didn’t know if that’s how hard it should be
Just keep getting p2263 comming up found a
Few broken vacuum lines replaced those Disco 3 gone but not forGotten
