That would be down to the Insurance Company. They may repatriate the D3 but you might not get it back, they definately wont leave it in Poland if they find it...

Still no news with the Interpol/polish police, perhaps the police liked the car and are using it!!!!!
Very frustrating as insurance wont do anything until Interpol look into it.
Ford Focus is becoming a bit annoying, I have major disco envy at the moment.

Hi
Yes the I got a good result, only lost £1000 after having it for a year, and managed to pick another HSE up with loads of factory fitted extras and 2 years newer for £2000 more
Focus being passed on to daughter to learn to drive in.
I feel it would of been sorted within 6 week if I hadn't had the tracker on it, as most insurance companies allow 6 weeks if a car is stolen, so the tracker pinging up in Poland gave them a good excuse to delay payout.
So I'm not sure if I will be getting the tracker on my new car registered to me.
