Not if it was taken for test with the seats removed - you only need a belt for each seat fitted.

Wouldn't fail now but it was tested in January and battery security wasn't a testable item then.

So, it's a commercial then? I thought I read somewhere that commercials don't have terrain response? Is the price he is asking a fair price for a commercial D3?

Steve I have an 08 Landrover SV commercial and they do come with terrain response.
Also have rear seats fitted but were not checked at all on MOT as it is registered as a commercial is what they told me, but mine do have seat belts.

Its from Southern Ireland, I saw it over there for sale.
Disco 3's in ROI are generally £5k to 6k for commercials or base spec estate cars
even saw a full HSE one for 7k but missed out on that.
ROI have crippling tax for cars so most were sold/converted to commercial to get cheaper tax.
