Took the caravan for its annual service to Louth and back today (and some other running about), and gave it a good workout (150-200 miles). Drove perfectly, and made the day a pleasure. Very strange.

Had various clunks from differing ZF boxes over the years. Would suggest DSC cut in as suggested. Wouldn't worry with 27mths warranty left!! Bravo on fuel Eco, never got anywhere near that. I have got fuel logs from day 1 if you want?

Hi Mark,
It's an odd one, and I'm not unduly worried owing to the warranty. It would be more the inconvenience. However, it drove as lovely as ever again yesterday, and despite several "spirited" blasts, I could not replicate anything. Perhaps it was a combination of things which just confused the gearbox for a moment. Certainly odd though.
Yes, it would be interesting to see the fuel logs please.

Hi defo your dpf was regenerating it gets very very hot 800oC + can smell like that due to the heat.
Can limit power uptake as well to mentaine the burn off.
