My EPB doesn't work when i pull the switch when the engie is running and I need to use it but it comes on when i switch the car off. However, it does turn the brake off when i pull away after starting the engine.
Any ideas? I really need it around Bath, we have many hills!

Just to piggy back on this I have a 2005 manual but the EPB does not release automatically when I pull off, can this be enabled on my 05 MY?

yes I think some one wiv a multi vehicle fault mate can enable it for you Don’t worry it is supposed to sound like that...honest
