Was there a prize for the correct answer

Darrind, the prize is that warm fuzzy glow that comes from helping a complete eejit who was ignoring the nokia device showing as a Bluetooth connection on his iPhone, because he was assuming it was his son's new Nokia phone which was in the car!
But ..."sorted"? It'll never be sorted... it's a Land Rover! Previously:

...do all models have the passenger side cup-holder? I can't get the spring-release mechanism to work and have managed to pull the trim cover off by mistake. So is it possible there simply isn't a cup holder on my trim level? There is no model designation on the rear, so I am assuming base-level (2005). It's this bit here:
Sorry for the thread drift, but can anyone explain why on earth Land Rover decided to delete the passenger dashboard cup holder in the Discovery 4?
I don't think that I've ever seen one with it fitted, and it seems such a useful thing to have especially since the 'shelf' in front of the touch screen has also gone. 2013 Orkney Grey D4 SDV6 HSE

I've always assumed that the LR designers had decided to give up coffee around that time. That was also when they removed the flat level top to the Defender instrument binacle and dash, leaving nowhere to put your cup or your sandwiches, when you were stopped for lunch. Triumph of "design" over practicality! Previously:
