After a few 'incidents' when playing with my Nanocom ( 'Smart Key Not Present' warning followed by having to do a hard reset ) I fitted a new battery (AGM) thinking this would sort it but didn't realise how these beasts eat battery power
I thought I ought to look at a possible power supply (as recommended in these pages ) and came across this on the Bay. Anyone thoughts as to suitability for keeping power up when reprogramming etc. ?
Price seems very reasonable for the spec and as it's something I wouldn't be using every day I don't want to spend a fortune.

From the looks of it I would not have thought it was a suitable means of providing a smooth source of power.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

Thought you could have engine running for a lot of the reprogramming features so need for power supply.
