Is that how things started in Braveheart?
Similar, but they didn't have sunvisors then

So it is not just me, a number of others have experienced the same problem (including myself 5 out of 8 involved in this thread). So perhaps it is design/manufacturing problem.
The situation I find myself in when it occurs is as follows:
You are driving along into the sun with the visor down, you turn a corner so you are no longer heading into the sun you flip the visor up and the visor pops out of the clip in the process and blocks the vision ahead for a few seconds until it can be sorted.
I will bring it to the attention of my dealer and see what their response is.

zig EPQR, don't forget, dealers just don't like filling them out for defects. It is the only way LR will find out there is a problem.

I was joking about height, the clip is a bit flimsy having looked at it.

Add my name to the list of dodgy sunvisor owners. A rare and brief spell of sunshine in Scotland showed up the problem. Fortunately it only happens on the passenger side, so it's not a safety issue. Ron Dunbar
