You are driving along into the sun with the visor down, you turn a corner so you are no longer heading into the sun you flip the visor up and the visor pops out of the clip in the process and blocks the vision ahead for a few seconds until it can be sorted.
I will bring it to the attention of my dealer and see what their response is.
