Common factor.......inlet pipe from filter.
Disconnected and no change ....... still getting C1131-92(AF)
Really clutching at straws. Got a pressure gauge but doesn't go high enough. My stick it on anyway see what I get.
Can only assume this error is coming from the pressure sensor on the resevoir block.
Looks like the resevoir valve isn't opening to fill the resevoir. There is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes.

This could very well be the culprit !

Ran the valve test tonight with the aid of an assistant and we managed to locate a leak from a previously repaired joint !
Will get a length of pipe and some connectors hopefully that's it ! There is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes.

Hi,
Did you get to the bottom of it?
Got the same error, also changed compressor and still the same error:
• C1131-92 (AF) Air supply - Component failure - performance or incorrect operation
Many thanks.
Alex.

It was a leak in the pipe supplying the rear valve. There is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes.

For me in the end it was the rear valve block leaking air.

I have the very same fault codes and fault. Tried to check the rear valve and pipes. Nothing obvious using washing up liquid, when I can get the compressor to run. Using the IIDControl tool I can get the offside real wheel to lower and then the compressor stops.
It’s a nov 2012 AMK unit. Could this be faulty? Should I keep looking for the leak in the pipe work ?
I looked at the new Arnott AMK compressor, has anyone fitted it
TIA You only get one lap, make it count !!

Could be a leak from the air tank. Mine was. Couldn’t see it til I dropped the tank off onto the floor and then switched ignition on to fill tank. I sprayed soapy water all over it then and found the holes along the top of it.

Hi did you sort your problem, mine is very similar and was about to fit a new pump going on the fact that the distribution valve was my first fault, but not convinced seeing as everyone on here says change the pump, of which I’ve purchased today off the shelf but cannot get a governor valve for a couple of days, after reading your experience do I bite the bullet and fit the new pump ?

I had the same problem with mine, I fully reconditioned the compressor and it didn’t solve the problem, it turned out to be the air pipe running from the valve block at the compressor to the rear valve block had rubbed through on the rear anti roll bar and had a pin hole in it, I put a 6 mm joiner on it and it hasn’t looked back since, hope this helps

C1131-92 Clutch circuit failure |
|
My 07 RR Supercharged full size bottomed out, i.e. NO air to shocks so I took it to a local mechanic who works on Land Rovers and they said it needed a new compressor, and quoted US$1500. I found an Arnott for $500 right here in the US and, although the old compressor was still working, after 12-13 years, I figured, might as well put the new one in.
New compressor did NOT change the issue. Veh will NOT go up at all. Compressor runs. SO I changed both back air shocks, as I could not find a leak. Still NO change.
So I had all kinds of Air Suspension Errors to start with and couldn't locate the leak, changed the compressor and rear two shocks and got down to just the C1131-92 Clutch Circuit Failure. Is the consensus to change a clutch circuit or should I jack it back up, force the compressor to run (does anyone know the pins to jump on this model year and location?) and get back under to look for a leak with a spray bottle of soapy water or what step(s) would you take next?
Thanks!
