If you do not have a diagnostic tool that can manipulate the suspension manually,
I think you can use a jack/jackstands on the vehicle to mimic the correct ride height.
Then the new sensor is "within range" and the vehicle may behave better.

Someone can correct me.
But you will likely need a diagnostic tool anyway to recalibrate the system and clear the faults,
You can not simply swap the part and be on your way.

I have a nanocom evo I’ve tried the jacking up and a hard reset compressor runs for about a minute then faults out with the above faults would the height sensor fault stop it from lifting thanks for input pal

Check the wiring to the sensor it may have chaffed on the chassis.

I think you can bridge the compressor relay to get the compressor running and get the car off the bump stops

I am not familiar with the nanocom or its abilities
A few more questions:

Height sensors are corner specific, the correct one is installed?
Do you run lift rods?
Have you cleared the faults?
What other fault codes do you see?
Is your dash icon red or amber?
Have you tested for air leaks?

You could have a compressor issue such as faulty exhaust valve or other obstruction
Sometimes fixed with a rebuild, sometimes need replacing

Have you ever rebuilt your compressor?
A serviceable item may have failed.

Kits are quite cheap and the process is pretty straightforward.
Same for cleaning and rebuilding the valve blocks.
