Suspension fault
So I've been getting the amber suspension fault the past few days, it's been pretty constant in coming on for the last 2 days. When I start it, I can hear the compressor fire up right away, so that's in working order. So with that, I'm thinking a height sensor. Anything I missed?
Just want to have some info for the dealer to start with.
Thanks in advance! 17 Discovery 5 HSE Si6, Fuji White on brown | 07 LR3 SE 4.4 Java Black on Alpaca

I would start with height sensor. If the compressor is playing up I would think you would get "vehicle rising slowly" message followed by "vehicle will rise when cooled".The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Compressor runs for about 30 seconds, and I can see it level the LR.
Should all the distances between the fenders to the hub be all the same?17 Discovery 5 HSE Si6, Fuji White on brown | 07 LR3 SE 4.4 Java Black on Alpaca

Mine doesn't run for as long as that... Height sensors would be first choice. If the vehicle's not dropping when left, you might have a dodgy reservoir valve...2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +

It drops.
So it must be a height sensor then?

Or it coulb a leak from somewhere. Does the front drop more and equal on both sides? Could be front valve block.2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +

I'm reasonably sure that it's pretty equal, but I need to find some nice, flat ground to test it though.

If you have a leak on one corner the whole car will lower. The suspension wakes up every so often and drops the whole car to the lowest point. You need to put it in standard ride height and then remove the fuse for the suspension and leave overnight.
