Suspension Height Problem

I went out to my car as normal this morning, but was greeted by and error message Sad It said that the suspension will raise once cooled (or something like that)

I have to park my car over night in access level, I have doen this without failf or the past 14 moths of owning the car

So came out this morning at 6am started the car went to put it to normal level and received the message. I kept an eye on the indicator next to the lexel switch which constantly showed it needed to raise still. I thentook until around 8:30am to get to the normal level, and no normal sound of the compressor could be heard, as I'm sure you can usually hear it

So I assume its not noemal to take 2.5hrs and why would it be overheated after sitting like that all night?

Is there something that I could check, or is it something failed?

Also, it due for an MOT on Saturday, will this affect it at all? or should I just try and not alter the level and see it stays OK for time being?

Thanks

Ade
