Suspension not in customer mode

Evening all

I had suspension issues, it would raise and lower both front and rear end when I got stopped at lights etc. It wouldn5 raise fully and would get suspension will raise when system cooled,

I put it in to my garage and we replaced a sensor and all seems fine now, except the error of not being in customer mode,

When he plugs his snap-on system reader I get a U3000 control module message,

I have been told the U3000 error will clear when the other message has been cleared.

So does anyone have a IID Tool in the blackpool area that we can link my car to.

I have a D4 gs 3.0 TDV GS 59 plate

Cheers
