my disco 3 has developed a suspension fault, it puts the amber light on the dash and says that normal height is available. The warning light only seems to be intermittent, could it be a sensor? I have been through the pages on the forum and can't decide which fits my problem. I see that a lot of members have had compressors fitted can you tell me how much a new compressor is?
Cheers colin

Could just be dodgy connection. Check the looms to the sensors. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

I'm with Caver3D on this one. Had a similar problem a few months back which turned out to be a broken wire in the loom behind the NSF wheelarch liner (although did change the compressor as the desicant had exploded during the cold winter but this didn't clear the fault). Car worked fine however suspension fault - normal height only would come on intermittently while driving and immediately if trying to raise/lower the suspension. Worth verifying the wiring before you shell out on a new compressor.
