Hey all, still getting used to the new d4 but absolutely love it.
Don't know if anyone can help but im confused about the keyless side etc ref the tailgate.
So, I'm sat in the drivers seat, car running, wife gets out, goes to boot, it won't open 
I press he unlock on the door, it doesn't open, i get out, then it opens 
So can anyone tell me how/when the tailgate button becomes operative

Put car in Park & handbrake on (it's 1 or both required - can't remember), it will definitely open then. Gone: 2010MY 59 plate Bali Blue HSE.
Also gone : 2012MY 12 plate Firenze Red HSE.
In Bits : 2005 55plate 4.0 V8 Ibex 250s SW.
