If your so called trusted indy let you have the car back with that noise and said it will get better, I would suggest you find another garage asap.
To me they would have heard that noise and said to you straight away we are not touching your car as is, why they would get involved and actually think new belts would cure it is beyond me.
The after video has a more pronounced knock than the before video.
Have you had the car long?

Checked after engine running and there is oil. True although it seems it need another bit of work to it.
