Tell me not to buy it !

hello everyone,

just found a jan 2005 TDV6 “S” D3

that is the base model, with manual gearing, 17 alloys, optional dual zone AC and the TR

is is only 77 000 km old that is around 45 000 miles

it is a very good deal at 25 000 euros (forced sale $$$) when one can't find one under 29 500 euros

sounds a great deal but I am craving auto box and LR GPS

I am making a mistake getting it or not getting it?

all it need is a pair (actually two pairs ) of "shoes"

help

I am an LR enthusiast and have own 2 D1 200, 2 D1 300 and 2 D2 TD5. (and been traveling with them…)

yes I have driven the D3 but in HSE disguise.

A D3 is a D3, whatever the guise..... cross the line my friend, you won't regret it.

Thumbs Up

I have a july 2005 tdv6 base 7 seater with manual gearbox and are over the moon with it. Very Happy I was going to get athe hse but couldn't justify all that extra money. You can get many after market sat navs which do the job just as well if not better.I have no regrets with my choice Thumbs Up Zambezi Silver

Can't speak for French specs, but unless I'm mistaken, you need an SE to get the roof rails as standard. Can be fitted after and can be found on eBay.

that's what you can call baSe model then
crazy considering one's spent 44 000 euros on it, then one can't fir a rack !

again this is

S model + air con extra + terrain response, 77 000 KM = 25 000 KE : sweet indeed

Roof bars on all models are extra!! When I bought my HSE (French Spec) they were extra. French HSE spec models are about the same as the UK SE models.
When I ordered mine, the spec I wanted wasn't available. The dealer offered several options, but none of them were close. IN the end I decided that I would wait and order the model and spec I wanted. I glad I did, afteral I am planning to keep it for a while so didn't like the idea of a compremise!!
