TEMP CONTROL PROBLEM

how do you set climate to adjust temp on both sides with just driver side so i dont have to adjust both separatly which is annoying all other cars ive owned does it or is this another d4 problem of many ive found Question

I don’t think the temperature controls can be synchronized on D4.

I wouldn't describe it as 'problem' but I would agree that it is annoying after owning other cars that sync passenger and driver temps.

very supprised these cars dont do that

I wouldn’t be surprised if you could. Most of the internals are standard across many car manufacturers and it’s just the software and face plates which change. JLR, Ford, Mazda, Volvo, Aston Martin and many other manufacturers buy from the same factory but customise to their own vehicle. It could be that JLR decided that their customers didn’t want syncd climate (obviously wrong).

None of the Volvos I’ve had have had it either - ok, the V40s and V50s aren’t in that class where you’d expect it to be present but the V70s don’t sync temperature either.

American vehicles tend to have this option, I don’t remember if my MB C-class sport coupe had it.

the ford mondeo and galaxy ive got sync which is great and the ls600 is 4 zone but can again sync really need to look in to it speak to jlr see what excuse they have for not doing this

If you regularly travel with a women, the sync button wouldn't ever get used
