Terrafirma fridge/freezer

Hi all,

Looking at getting one of these Terrafirma fridge/freezers http://www.terrafirma4x4.com/products_php.php?cat=29&grp=363

If you have one what are your thoughts or views on it?

I need 2 for my Sankey/caravan so we are going to test the water with this one and if we get on with it either get a second one or get a larger different make.

Thanks
 Ian

If it's got the Danfoss BD35 compressor in it then it will be fine. I'd contact SGH(MPS trading) on here if you need to know anything about cooling beer Thumbs Up

From what I can find it does have the Danfoss compressor. I'm not sure of the exact danfoss model.

At the minute I'm really steering towards the Terrafirma one.

Looks very similar to the Waeco models Ian, I have a 50L Waeco running the BD50 compressor, it's a great fridge unit Thumbs Up

Have had a good look at the TF fridge and a couple of points to consider. It has a high average current about double that of the ARB 47 litre fridge. The lid is landscape format which does not seem as user/vehicle friendly as the portrait one of the ARB and Engel.
