The horns on my new-to-me Discovery 4 did not work at delivery (it took me some weeks to realise this), but a quick visit to Advanced Factors and a blindingly quick delivery ensured me a replacement set within days.
Replacement was easy, even with my limited skills, and the Disco now has fully functioning twin horns.
