Blimey
That's a bit harsh ! Law of averages dictates that if you ask a stupid question you get a stupid answer !
How much did you pay for it ? Work back from there and try and come to your own conclusion ? It's not difficult just try and apply a bit of common sense ?
I think you should replace the childish with realistic !
And take your car and put it on that well known auction site where they sell all the other crap no one wants !Only dead fish go with the Flow !
Well Mr Mystery, with your secret previous owner that will magically increase the precise without actually being revealed, we wish you luck. And boy are we going to have a laugh at your expense when you struggle to get £12k for it.
My suggestion of a top price of £14k was serious, but you are going to need to find someone who is desperately in love with that colour and the tasteful modifications to get that. Anything north of £10k will be a bonus in the general market.
You never know, Big fat Gyspy Weddings may want it as a prop for filming. Give them a try.
Signed:
A childish w I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Land Rover Discovery
2.7 TdV6 HSE 5d Auto
2005/05
Original Price £42,000
Franchised Dealer £14,210
Independent Dealer £13,780
Private Good £12,930
Private Poor £10,625
Part Exchange £11,085
Official is above but the colour is a major factor and the mystery celebrity bit make no difference at all.
My guess is £12k max privately if you find a bling lover or £9-10k trade. (doubt a trader would buy it in that colour though)

Have discos seriously dropped back that much in value ? I see D3's still for sale on a 2005 plate for circa £17k with 50k on the clock ? Is this car just a lot less due to the colour, being blinged and also the mileage ?
When should i tell my wife we are in negative equity on our car ?

I posted the current CAP value. Prices have fallen a lot this year but may pick up a bit before winter sets in. It is an 89000 mile car. Colour does not effect official CAP values but can make it very hard to sell and therefore effectively worth less.
