Hi Blue meanie, Yes it was my D3 but the dealer had picked up for service, water leak(s) retification and other sundry items. Will tell you tomorrow if they are nice as they seem. i.e. will they have solved everything.
I say, I say pardon? I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

The Discovery is back from service. Sun roof showing cracks as well as the leaks so I imagine it is one related problem. We shall see. Disc pads half worn at 18,000 miles Good or bad or about right?

agree, pad wear doesn't sound too bad considering yours is an auto and you spend a fair amount of time tugging that metal thing about the continent T I've just had the fronts done at 24k and had the rears done at 18k on mine, I thought the fronts were supposed to wear out first ?and theeeeennn......???
