Timed Climate - MY2009 LR4

When I asked my dealer if they could activate this function they replied

"Unfortunately this is a factory option and is hard coded to the vehicle CCF files we are unable to make changes at dealer level to these files and would be unable to assist in this matter." Crying or Very sad

is there anyone in Leeds or nearby that can activate this Question
