any help appreciated
What does this do? Remote Start? Is it heat only or Heat / A/C? You also have to have a second fob?

Hi there. I have a 2010 rrs How do I know if I I have got a receiver module installed & what does it look like  my screen says timed climate unavailable due to low fuel or low battery level & there is no timed climate setting in settings can anyone help please

Using the IID tool to enable timed climate:
IIDTool Menu->Car Config->HVAC Ventilation->
Fuel Burning Heater is equal to Fitted parking heat
Timed Climate is equal to Enable
In addition to the above, for remote heat:
IIDTool Menu->Car Config->HVAC Ventilation->
FBH Call Start is equal to Fitted radio.
Fuel Burning Heater is equal to Fitted parking heat
Timed Climate is equal to Enable Kev

Hi. Is it possible that my 2010 D4 XS does not have a connector for Webasto control unit installed? I am looking for everywhere behind a lid in a boot but cant find it The next step is to remove the right panel to find it. Help please

I believe they all have it.
It was a little difficult to find on my 65 plate HSE Lux.
Open the hatch in the right hand side of the boot where the jack etc is.
look forward through the hole on top of the wheel arch and it's in there somewhere.
Mine was wrapped in a piece of foam and tucked behind the edge of the insulation material.
Nasher. Heaven doesn't want me, and hell is afraid I'll take over.

agree ... real PITA to find.
I video'd from inside the jack storage hole with my phone, worked out where it was then reached in and found it that way.
taped down IIRC. .

I have a 15 plate hse luxury but can't find the reciever for a remote but I do have the timed working3

I found it !!! I had to remove the right panel, but I got it. Now I "just" have to inform the car that it has a new module ... some hint? Is there anyone in the North East who can set up CCF at a decent price. Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

Could anyone confirm that there is no true difference between VPLAX0060 and VPLAX0061?
Will VPLAX0060 function on a HiLine D4 too? I’m hoping for yes  .

Yes the same contents. Although LR have stopped doing the 60 which was cheaper than the 61
So now it’s cheaper to have the Altox app controller than it is to have the LR remote. Depends on whether you want app functionality and GPS tracking or just remote plipper function. Bodsys Brake Bible

There are some 'funny' supply chain and market dynamics going on regarding these parts .
Land Rover currently has the cheaper partnr. on stock:

LRparts and lrdirect on the other hand only have the expensive one on stock...

I've searched but turned up nothing so will ask here.
Can anyone recommend somewhere in Lincolnshire to have timed climate added to my Home Screen. I have an MY14 SE-Tech with 4x4 info but no timed climate softkey. I've seen BAS can do it in York but if I can get it done more locally then I will.

so for a simpleton, what is the best way to get a remote plip and receiver? I dont want and app a good old fashioned plip will do me fine.
I have enabled it and found the little black plug so all i need is the bits to plug in and hopefully i will be ready for next winter.
For ease i will add its a 2015 Discovery 4 commercial.
