Tires - Urgent

Hi all,

I need to fit new tires ,only with a better profile as the original ones.

I'd love to fit BFG A/T's, but there is a problem with the speed index and for that I'll need to swap to a 17" wheel.
The speed index on the BFG is only Q (max 160km/hr) while the minimum I'm allowed to drive with legal in Belgium is H.

Now the only tire that would fit that is the General AT².
They have them in 17", but also in 18" and speed index H.
So I wont have to change wheels.

Problem: No one can deliver them in Belgium Sad

Can someone check if they are available for direct purchase in the UK or France?

255/55 R18 are available in the UK, we're still waiting for the 255/60 R18 (correct size and load rating for the 18" rims) to appear, should be soon The End

I just priced-up winter shoes for my D3 and Yokohama does 255/60 R18 winter tyres ..... recommended by my tyre-chappie who had Yokos on his RR a few years back..... Discovery 3 Manual as PDF | Blackvue 500 | BAS Remap | Mates did South America in a Landie

I tried out in France using that online dealer which not far from Lille : http://www.allo-pneu.com/ but the General Grabber AT2 are not in his catalog...

I don't think you'll find those in France... Georgia On My Mind...

The AT2 will start production in Europe in September. Factory has already a load of orders (must be you guys for sure Rolling Eyes )...

Expect general availability by October/November...
