What do you hunt?
I am a very keen shooter (I still fly back to UK for driven partridge days) and go rabbit coursing in the campo in Spain.

On our shoot at the end of the season we let the local Falconers come over for a day, they use 2 Brittany Spaniels to work with Peregrine Falcons.
The 2 dogs go through the cover crops, the Peregrine Falcon follows the dogs from an amazing height (to high you need binoculars to see it ), when the dogs flush a bird the dogs stay absolutely still, the Peregrine dives (wings folded like a fighter plane, you hear the feathers 'fizzing' in the dive) and takes the bird (usually a partridge).
One interesting thing is that the immature Peregrine Falcons take the direct approach hitting the bird from above while the older Flacons fly underneath the prey turns upsidedown in flight and grabs the preys underneath (all this takes place in a split second), this is a far more successful approach.
Truly amazing to watch.Club Narpy Torch
