MOT passed again
Took the beast in two weeks early for her MOT and she sailed through, in fact she is nearly 8 years young and never failed or had an advisory on the MOT
As your well aware I use my D3 as she was made for off road/green laning etc so not bad eh
I'm off to Turkey for two months so she is all prepped and serviced ready for the Pyrenees in October Steve
Great news Steve... Do you take it to that dodgy place in Bootle As you slide down the banister of life
may no splinters point your way

To be honest they are a great car and with due respect not including the fiasco last year when the motor threw it's hand in due to a dodgy oil filter in the 7 1/2 years I've owned the beast she has never let me down, no air suspension ,
No terrain response etc etc amongst other things that go wrong so was a good choice originally I think Steve

totally agree!
we have just come back from long tip doing coast to coast through Pyrenees as well as some French sites to give respects to D-Day folks covering over 3500 miles in 14 days
...and only thing which gave us a bit of worry was central lock not locking due to dust and getting into the small door handle which was not retracting properly on door lock leaving car unlocked
small quick job to grease it and it is back to normal operation 15 min jobby
would not have any other car TBH
was thinking of upg my old bus to MY15 D4 but then I would rather stick to present one which is going strong as tank and never fails to deliver its occupants to the destination and back
