Odd Noise

I don't quite know how to describe this, but here goes..

When I drive off, my car makes a sort of farting noise from somewhere around the centre console.

It's not a ffffft like the suspension or a bpbpbpbpbp like a sphincter with lots of pucker..

It's more like a sublte phwowww (at a sort of b, b#).

Does anyone else get this??

I'm not joking.
 Have a nice day!

Do you know how long it took me to post this?

It;s hard enough having to listen to the voices all the time without this strange noise!

seriously (just for a min Shocked ) could it be the EPB releasing? the emergency release cable runs up to the centre console and could be resonating on something

It went "zip" when it moved and "bop" when it stopped
And "whirr" when it stood still
I never knew just what it was and I guess I never will.

does it happen when the aircon is on or off or when it first kicks in. could it be a leak from one of the ducts or registers.

It does it long too long after the EPB has released, but I'll check that one out anyway.

Maybe it's some kind of pressure release for when the gasses build up? Shocked

Anyway, it's embarrassing! Embarassed Mrs Jamo told me to excuse myself last time she was in the car! Sad
