Just found this.
Q003v2 Is a service action bulletin specifically targetting vehicles with the fixed tow bracket, especially those with the height adjustable mounting.
There is a new design of backing plate, which is stronger. Dealers are supposed to inspect all vehicles and rectify as necessary.
