Excellent result....well done....a fitting reward for addressing the issue in a calm and correct manner "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Thanks all
I know they want the old girl back asap....
Just waiting for it all in writing first....
Then she can go .... funds I have been assured will follow within 7 days from all sources ...
Then I can go out and get another one
Getting that sorted now and hopefully it will all fall into place .... fingers legs and everything else crossed

A week of silence since the old girl went back last Monday....
The 'settlement' paperwork also went back the same day ....
I was assured a refund within 7 working days ....
So chased/prompted the Private Investigator yesterday by email to ensure it all ran smoothly this week... I know I am doing their job for them ... but if I get my money back quicker/on time its worth it ...
Got a return email today asking for my Bank Details
Heres hoping
Allowing for administration issues I hope to have all funds back in my account by Friday ...
Fingers crossed

Thats why I keep on top of it Clive ....
The HP company have my details already due to direct debit payments, the Private Investigator confirmed that....
He needed it for the Dealer so assume it was a Data Protection thingy why he couldn't just tell them ....
