hi has anyone had the problem of the ride height not sitting level on passenger side?

Either it just needs calibration, or the sensor is playing up (Or anyone of a number of air related issues!)
If the car doesn't drop overnight and it is just sitting wrong when stationary, measure the ride heights (details in the WIKI) and adjust with a suitable tool - MSV2, Nanocom (I guess) or IID tool. I have the latter and is easy enough to do - as long as you have a flat surface to do it on. Mark.
