Respect Robbo  to the level of detail that you are going to for this mod. You are certainly a pathfinder on these very technical details.
I am considering a D3 facelift upgrade to B4 but not sure I will be going to the levels of changing relays within the door cards so that I can have power fold mirrors but hats off to you for persevering and leading the way.
I am interested to see how you get on with the twin turbo upgrade. Very tempted to do the TDV8 but need to find where I can shave 40mm from first to get the engine to fit  Disco3 project

Di dyou have any problems with wiring the headlights we have a 2010 and changed to 2014 front end and flash on headlight not working you canhear ballasts but nothing unless headlights on
also trying to get drl on as well
Need Help asap

Hi rob!!
Excellent work!!
Just a quick question i have managed to find some led late mirrors which I want to fit on my discovery 3
The mirrors are power fold which I already have on my original mirrors!!
Question is the plug looks the same as the plug on my 2008 discovery, I know that I have to take feed for the LEDs from the door markers but what colours/pins do these fit in and also are there any other mods I need to do???
Please HELP!!!!

Hi Robbo,
my name is Paul and i am the first in Australia to convert my Discovery 4 2013 SE to a 2015 spec D4.
ive done everything as you had done, Great detailed work too Mate, but i am having MAJOR dramas with the connection of the LED indicator on the mirrors!!
last night i spent about 6 hours trying to get them to work, but to no avail!
i did cut the side door indicator wire and soldered the two back wires (neg & Pos) but still nothing!
can you please pass on details on how you got the indicators on the mirrors to work?

Guys, help please......
I am planning on doing the D3 to 2014 D4 conversion, have started to collect parts.........
Can someone please clarify if the 2014 top end zexon / AFS headlight is plug and play on a 2005 4.4v8 with the fully active cornering headlight, ( I know the AFS won't work , but will be buying these to future proof the conversion, as I am sure one of you guys smarter than me will figure the AFR out at some point!!!).
Any help would be appreciated?
