windows

Hi there,

I seem to have developed a problem with my front near side window.

When I try to close it via the drivers door switches or the passenger side door switch. I have to hold the switches in the up position to get the window to fully close, where as all other windows will close just by pulling the switch up and then releasing it as per instructions in the handbook.

Is this a software problem or something more sinister.

Sorry this should have been posted under D4, (I must have been having a senior moment)

If it's anything like the D3, it probably just needs "re-calibrating" so the controller gets to know the motor stall current.

It's usually just a matter of pressing the switch to wind the window to it's fully closed position and holding it pressed for a further 5 seconds or so once closed.

Thumbs Up

Sometimes happens if the battery has been disconnected, replacement or off-car charging etc. or just a glitch Confused

Glad it's sorted.
