De tango front lights will be next on the list - when I have the time
I like the look now hope you like it
Oh yes, forgot to add, SWMBO has not yet spotted the front grille (been there fore a couple of months now), but I'm sure she's going to notice the wheels when she comes back from work......I may get away with the rear lights though
Goodness help me when the new plate arrives next week Iggy/Ieuan

Looks excellent, probably because it looks almost exactly like mine (need to get some D4 rear's!)
I'm considering Plasti-dipping the Black Plastic bits to stop them from fading, rather than having them painted.
Are you considering doing anything with yours? Trying to think of any other ideas I may have missed.
Love it , looks great, the car looks years younger.
Keep the Sankey updates coming.
How did you do the wheels ? and is the plan for the same / similar wheels on the sankey.
Cheers Phil.

Looks very, very nice. Plus Buck Blue, the discerning colour.

Well the good news is that my lovely Joanne (using her real name for once ), just parked next to the disco and came in without a word being mentioned So I think I may wait and see what happens over the coming days before deciding what to say/not say
I got the wheels/tyres off eBay and picked them up on the way home from the Sankey pick-up - I then cleaned them and dropped them off at a local place (They did my Window tints) and they charged £30 per wheel to plastidip them for me - I could have gone down the can DIY route, but decided to have them done for me.
Not sure what to do about the Sankey wheels, me and sailorboy were talking about going halves on spacers, but for the moment I'm keeping the wheels as they came to me on....they pull really well, was very smooth on the Mway coming back (touched 80 at one point)
The plastic bits on the disco are annoying I've tried to use Back to black on them, but they just fade again....the place I use does wrapping though, so that's on options....get them wrapped matte black to match the wheels....but then what do I do about the grille, side vent and mirror tops?
Oh yes...EGR valve is next, replacement one (right) should be arriving this week and hopefully going to try doing this myself
Need to move back to Sankey work now though!Iggy/Ieuan

Sonic Disco, just send a few more posts on this thread and you'll then have enough to send a PM
There is a Bristol meet, not had the chance to attend yet though, we're only a few miles away from each other so I'd be happy to help with anything....I have a code reader as well should you need any help reading any faults.

Well it had to happen SWMBO asked me over tea tonight what I'd done to my wheels and how much money had I spent, it didn't help when young master Day chipped in with "Yeh Dad's pimping his car"........she then went on to remind me that last night when she said "Do you fancy a Chinese for tea" i said "Well, not sure, it's quite expensive....can't we cook something" .....and how can I always seem to find money for the Disco
I then reminder her, that I had indeed then got up and ordered a chinese for her, I also reminder her that I'd bunged her £200 from the Jeep sale (neither of which made any difference)
Anyway, I'm slightly in the dog house, especially as I was in a conference call earlier when the EGR valves arrived which she had to sign for
Oh well, must look on the bright side, she's still not noticed the Rear lights and grille
Now, what to do about the roof tent on eBay and the new number plate coming soon? Iggy/Ieuan

Looks like someone might be sleeping in the roof tent sooner rather than later
