Might one of the US reciever hitches offer more scope, but I don't know if they are EU approved DS3 TDV6 HSE

I use one of these for offroad towing AS dim as a Tock H Lamp but twice as bright and loving every minute i will be there again or Tunisia
Its a game of two halves first to learn, second to get out there and do it.

Awaiting one at this height that doesn't affect the departure angle.

Should be good price too. Freight could be a killer for you poms though. Getting there is half the fun

I'm been reading that thread. Surprised there isn't an effort from a UK manufacturer.

Just checked that one on Witter website. Good info but almost identical to the LR one which I already have fitted so still a problem with departure angle especially with a pin & jaw.
Seems most people take the unapproved route of using the local tin bashing & welding shop.

AS long as the work is done by a eng that have the right people they would have to prove it is not fit for per pus i can get a test ticket for my work but i know it is up to the job and it soon comes of you would not want to have this on when you are not using the trailer. AS dim as a Tock H Lamp but twice as bright and loving every minute i will be there again or Tunisia

You may like to know that my dealer was unable to fit the new plate with my LR genuine cycle rack plate. Has anyone else had this problem and what are LR going to do to solve the problem? TDV6 HSE Java Black,Alpaca
