Grinding noise from osf wheel

When turning we are getting a grinding type noise from the osf wheel. It’s doing it when you accelerate into a corner but not when you coast into a corner and accelerate out. Also it seems to be at a higher speed as opposed to low speed manoeuvres (it does it on roundabouts but not when parking for example).

Please tell me it’s not expensive lol

Check wheel bearings ? That means jack the wheel station up and rock the wheel top and bottom to check for play. If its done 50K + miles its likely they need doing.

If it was wheel bearing thta was that far gone I would say the abs warning light would be on
5 minute job to jack it up and check

Without knowing a bit more history, at that mileage the running gear needs a good check. Wheels off, check brake discs and pads for uneven wear.
