Spoke with my dealer re MTR's [for you guys].
Said he could get them [I thought they were in short supply].

They say they can get them, but Can They Try and order one and see what happens. Remember there is no 'i' in disco3.co.uk

AndewS - He made the call to his supplier when I was there and told there were around 400 available.
It's not my size of rim, so no need for me to order any.
Rogue - If £120 + Vat is no good. I wondered why a set of 5 used sold recently for £710 on e-bay [TFC was chasing]? slowly re-building my gallery after the wipe out !!!!

ronp - it is a good price - not saying anything different.
However not three weeks ago i brought 4 from Hereford LR @£111+vat each , i got them mounted onto my rims for free and balanced for a £5.
However if HLR have sold out/can't get anymore then i will be sending you a PM for details as i need a spare, as my local tyre places can't get any and the ones that can are horrendously expensive.

I just got 2 fitted at AJS 4x4 in Tadworth Surrey. They have 3 more in stock but a little more expensive than other suppliers. Slowly building a silver G4 RRS!

I'm running Scorpions at present but will be after MTR's as the Pirelli's wear out. There's quite a bit of wear left as yet but will come knocking on your door Ron when they do wear out. I have been quoted stupid figures for these tyres, anything up to a grand!!! Will I get my rod in?

RonP - I am looking for some 19" Offroad tyres that can go on either the D3 or RRS. Looks like my only option is the Goodyear MTR 255/55/R19. Does that have the correct load rating for a D3 (111V) as I believe there was some concern here a while back about some offroad tyres not been adequately rated for the heavy beast that is the D3.
Which dealer were you refering to. I am in Newcastle area so guess that North Yorkshire can't be that far away .....? Disco 3 TDV6HSE auto

Smarticus - I also believe that if you fit the MTR's on the RRS 19 rims theere is a problem with rubbing. Best fit them on D3 rims. Slowly building a silver G4 RRS!

I thought AndrewS ran RRS rims on the Red Pearl with MTR's - didn't see any sign of rubbing at Boughrood over Easter - but i stand to be corrected. Looking at his gallery they do look like RRS rims

No problem with 19" RRS wheels on a D3 Remember there is no 'i' in disco3.co.uk
