how to get to front cross over valve

Im going to try to remove and fit new seals but haynes is telling me to remove bumper to get to it, i dont have the time for that can i go through the inner wheel arch

You can, but its so much easier to remove the bumper.

rain has stopped play boo, didnt fancy taking bumper off but as the wash bottle is leaking ill do that at same time once it stops raining
