nismotecs' d3 in devon

Impressed is an understatement! I'm new to land rover ownership and after getting this d3 a month ago, I took the family away for a long weekend down to the middle of nowhere,off the beaten track in Devon in a place called east ansty. Is not the longest road trip in the world ,but 110 miles there , then another 100 miles exploring I got a good feeling for the d3 on the twisty steep ,narrow roads of exmoor . . I love it. It handles the on road terrain perfectly. Apart from the odd muddy entrance to a field I didn't put it through its off road paces, although I was very tempted on a few occasions when a gate to a field was left open!! But swmbo suggested otherwise with a jab to the ribs!
That's my next challenge. A bit of propper green laneing .
We travelled the 100 or so miles back home yesterday and arrived feeling relaxed and stress free due to the luxury ride. Well impressed.
