Hi Everyone,
I've already done the Newbie intro, so I'll just get right on with my Discovery update.
I finally found a discovery 3 and bought it, although I don't get it until he 14th. 
Java Black, O8 XS model with leather and sat nav upgrades. I must be completely mad as I've PXed a 1 year old car for the pleasure (I hope) of owning and driving an LR Discovery 3.
All the way to Devon from Dorset. An easy journey if you live in the parts of the country where they have roads, most of my journey was on things called "Lanes", so whenever you drive in Dorset, you're always Greenlaning.
As previously mentioned in my Newbie post, I liked the look of the Narpy grille, but this will have to wait until I know the mechanics and electrics are OK, so might not be this side Xmas.
I look forward to a long relationship with my 08 discovery and reviewing the threads posted on Disco 3.CO.UK, so where do I get a Disco 3 sticker ?

You'll love (and occasionally hate) owning a D3. They are a fabulous motor.
For the sticker, go to the shop here
Make sure you get the right one, if you've got or are going to get tinted windows, get the one for the outside. Lee

D2 3.9 V8 supposed to be Green, was mainly rust. Gone but not forgotten.

Well Paulski you've joined a happy band of Disco3 owners, Welcome. You may have one or two hickups but for the most you will love your D3 permagrin Mantec sump guard.

Only had my D3 for 3 months but love it, even with it's few problems. After a hard day at work, when I get in my D3 it all goes away. We'll worth the cost. Enjoy

I recently purchased a 2006 disco 3 hse java with cream leather. I love it, had it 4 months. Just had to Tax it for the year omg...... already changed wheels 275/40 R20 with continentals. new grill, de tango,d lights, side steps, color coded arches, (thank you duckworths) Napa steering wheel, gloss black air vent trims including center, and steering wheel center trims black, new 20014 Black rear lights, rear bumper tread plate. sat nav upgrade disc. stainless door sill protectors.
Looks like i will Keep her for a while. my partner Lisa is thinking of changing her name to Land Rover as she is always on my mind.
Ps can anyone put me in touch with a Mega Flush Guy. near Bedfordshire, Bucks, Leighton, or Mk, Even Luton. Thanks and Disco3 a great site for Info.
