I do have a couple of questions though, sorry if they have been asked already!
1. What parts are needed for a the new 2014 facelift ? i have a the corner changing headlights, is this option still available if i upgrade?
2. Are there any power upgrades for a tdv6 apart from mapping?
3. The only option i don't have is dvd screens, how say are these to retrofit?
thanks

Allisport do a fast road intercooler to replace the measly little one landrover fit. Allisport claims "Power and throttle response in the lower and mid-range engine revs particularly are noticeably improved" though not having the spare dosh to get their offroad version myself, I'll have to let some one else verify that :-p
Blanking off the EGRs can help tremendously, especially if like me you end up getting a valve stuck open which not only removes any hope of a speedy get away at junctions, but can also FUBAR your engine if not spotted early enough.
Silicone intercooler and turbo hoses are available to remove the hassle of having the land rover ones split.
I'm sure many more learned people will be along shortly with a raft of modifications and tweaks to get your new pride and joy exactly as you want it.
welcome to the mad house
r4ffwhat is this life, if full of care?

Nice racing puma...
You don't need to waste cash on the alisport intercooler. It's £500+.
I have an RS500 ( yes the Cosworth RS500 ) intercooler on mine.
It takes a bit of trimming and some pipework but it fits, is larger than the alisport one and cost me £155.99 for the cooler and parts. Disco Mikey fitted it for me a couple of weeks ago.

Cossie one vs standard one for size comparison...

So far, hard to say.
I've only done 1 tank since fitting and most of those miles I also had a sticking back calliper and a jammed epb..
It does rev smoother and does have more mid range pick up.
That standard cooler isn't mine, it's a mates one. Mine was even worse for being blocked with mud and dirt. So even a clean standard cooler would have been an improvement..
It's in place for my eventual remap and exhaust mods.

The photo is my before and after. Can say that between me having terraclean and the intercooler changed I am up around 2.5 mpg over a couple of tanks now.
DVD play can be retro fitted but would depends if you have rear aircon fitted to your car.
I recognise your puma, you may be local to me I think. Like the colour of your disco, not seen many in that colour.

Welcome
The first thing you'll want to do is put some kind of sealant on that block paved driveway so the oil doesn't stain it
and yes, it's a land rover, if it's not leaking, it's not running. Lee
D3 TDV6 HSE, Bonatti Grey, 7 Seats, Dual Climate, Heated F&R Seats & Screen, Fog's , Auto lights & Wipers, SAT NAV, Harmon Kardon, Cruise, many rattles, occasional leak
D2 3.9 V8 supposed to be Green, was mainly rust. Gone but not forgotten.
