Perthshire to Chandlers Ford - 35.5mpg :-)
Ok no one else interested in the family but I am so impressed I have to share with my like minded buddies.
Drive yesterday down to chandlers ford from home in Perthshire and did 450 miles averaging 65mph and averaged 35.5mpg. The old girl did a great job!
Hardly any traffic which was a change.
And the best thing is no bloody big yes signs in fields and on lamp posts - bliss

I have been really impressed my my fuel consumption since I got her a couple of months ago. Last weekend I went from Warrington to East Kilbride and back, 5 up 2 big dogs, roof box and cruise set at 80 (sorry 70 ) and got 28 mpg which I am happy with it is certainly better than my old car which on paper was supposed to be better. So I share your joy

Same question. Remember the trip comp can be anything from 2 - 5mpg optimistic. That would make that run 23 - 26mpg.

That's great, I wish I could get near that figure in mine.

Juice in v miles driven I did a couple of things to improve MPG recently and it seems to have made a difference.

Good stuff, it's the only way to be sure. What did you do to improve the mpg, assuming you're not going to bottle the stuff and make billions.

I do all of those apart from the Wynns stuff.
Yes PM me your bank details, and login details, and PIN, and address. I will send the info off to my Nigerian cousin so he can make the payment. Once you send me a cheque for £8,481.83 to cover the handling and tax charges.

Don't normally ever check MPG figures, but I did 4 miles south of Aviemore to Northampton, but with a detour and 24 hour stop over in Stewarton Ayrshire last week with 7 up and a massive roof box, plus I didn't hang about on the motorways, mine told me that id averaged 27.6 mpg which i thought was quite good On a mission to find the perfect Pork Pie. Just Found it (I think)..(Yes I have)

Actual is about 2-3mpg less bit still brilliant considering car was loaded and I maintained a high average speed all the way down with little traffic.
